Hi, my name’s Calum Carlyle, I’m a performing singer-songwriter from Orkney, now based in Edinburgh. I’ve got a solo CD out, called Honesty And Thorns, I’ve formed a band to play my own music, and am also in another Edinburgh band, called Neoviolet. I also help to run Out Of The Bedroom, which is Edinburgh’s longest running open mic night, and which is for original songwriters only.
I played at Wickerman Festival this year, with bass player Sam Bradley, and we’re going on a tour of Scotland in August, which i’m very much looking forward to.
